- How do you count concurrent users?
- A concurrent user is a device actively passing traffic through an Axon site at the same moment, not a named seat or your total subscriber list. You pay for real, simultaneous load.
- Can I move between tiers?
- Yes. Pricing tracks your real concurrency, so you move up or down as your network grows or quiets. Same console, same configuration, no re-platforming.
- What if I serve more than 5,000 concurrent users?
- That is the Enterprise tier. Talk to us about carrier-scale and regulated-network pricing, including on-prem control-plane options.
- Can we buy the hardware from you?
- Yes. We ship a preconfigured Axon box straight to your site: plug it in, it enrolls itself over the private VPN, and you are classifying traffic within minutes. No build, no setup. Prefer commodity hardware you already own? That works too.
